posting if not everyday at least once a week
Religion area :

do SHALAT 5 times and Shalat Sunnah too

Shalat
Dhuha and Tahajud, Insya Allah always everyday

Qadha
Fasting and Sunnah fasting at least twice in a month
·
Tadarus
every Maghrib and Shubuh
·
And
many more to make better person
My healthy and beauty ritual :

Exercise
after shubuh at least once a week
·
Jaga
pola makan sehat, fruit and vegetable
·
Drink
water a lot for health and beauty
·
Having
face and body treatment, scrubing etc
·
Keep
healthy life style, jangan begadang !
I
have many goals to do this year. Hmm, stay FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS Nazmha, and make
